Unable to turn down a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to buy their dream home for next to nothing, Kira and Brian Woods move into a spacious, luxurious, fully furnished Irish mansion on the outskirts of town. As her sullen teenage daughter Ellie and younger brother Stephen wander the cold rooms of their eerily empty new home, their attention is suddenly drawn to an intriguing hand-cranked phonograph in the living room.
