This is a deprecated OS for Windows 10 based on build 1511 to 10586 (November Update or TH2). As expected, the minimum system requirements remain the same, although this custom version of Windows should run faster than the original due to several changes listed below.
This is the second version, the version that supports 32-bit processors. My profile also has the first version, which is 64-bit.

Hardware requirements
Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor with NX/PAE
SSE2 (if Windows 8 worked, this will work too)
RAM: 1GB for 64-bit (technically only 512MB required)
Hard disk space: 20 GB
Video card: DirectX 9 or higher
Changes and news (the most important anyway):
-Removed most Metro apps except Edge, Storage and Calculator
– Removed many unnecessary drivers (such as graphics, printers, network)
These have to be downloaded and installed manually depending on the specifications of each computer
– Some accessibility features have been removed
-Speech and support removed from Cortana
Search removed (search bar still works in Explorer)
– Windows Media Player was removed
-Enabled the use of Windows Photo Viewer instead of the metro “Photos” app, although photos will first open in color until the user changes the default app to Windows Photo Viewer.
– Hibernation disabled
-Page file has been disabled
-Removed firewall (although in some cases it may appear when using the program, and the service is not removed as needed)
-Windows Update has not been removed, but no guarantee that it will work, because I always disable it (it is still necessary to enable it to install apps from the Store,)
– The recording program’s programs should work in order
– Store games no longer work (I couldn’t figure out why). Non-UWP games (for example CS:GO) should still work if you update the drivers
