Windows 11 is the next generation of Windows, a new operating system from Microsoft that will be released in late 2021. The new system received a seriously redesigned interface and new functionality, which is now being tested by insiders using pre-release versions of Windows 11. Many of the changes are already known.

Windows 11 is a series of personal computer operating systems released by Microsoft as part of the Windows NT family of operating systems. It is the successor to Windows 10, which was released to the general public on July 15, 2015 and went to retail on July 29, 2015. Windows 10 is constantly receiving new releases that are available to users at no additional cost. Devices in corporate environments may receive these updates at a slower rate, or use long-term support milestones that receive only critical updates (such as security patches) during the ten-year extended support period.
One of the key features of Windows 11 is support for Universal Apps, an extension of the Metro-style app first introduced in Windows 10. Universal Apps can be designed to run much the same code across multiple Microsoft product families, including PCs, tablets, smartphones, embedded. systems, Xbox One, Surface Hub and Mixed Reality.
The Windows user interface has been modified to manage transitions between a mouse-centric interface and a touch-optimized interface based on available input devices, especially on 2-in-1 PCs. Both interfaces include an updated Start menu that incorporates elements of the traditional Windows 7 Start menu. Windows 10 also introduced the Microsoft Edge web browser, virtual desktop system, task view, window and desktop management, and sign-in support. fingerprint and face recognition system, new security features for business environment and DirectX 12.
