New Win10PE x64 Redstone 3 build from Gandalf build 16299 version 2018-03-13.
After downloading the ISO, burn the bootable ISO file to an 8GB or larger USB using rufus or a similar program to create a bootable USB. Do not burn to DVD as many applications need to store data in the application folder
